The Gambia Golf Courses and Clubs

Open to paying players staying in The Gambia and featuring a par-69 layout, the Fajara Club is an exceedingly popular 18-hole golf course spread over around 4,750 metres / 15,585 feet, with equipment hire, golf caddies and weekend tournaments.

Further sports facilities are available at the club, such as badminton, squash and tennis courts, as well as a swimming pool. The clubhouse is better known as the Nineteenth Hole and features a bar and restaurant, serving hot food and snacks, with views across the golf course itself.

The Fajara Club

The Fajara Club is located in the Kombo North area and has a fairly relaxed dress code, which consists of shorts or skirt, together with a shirt with a collar and sleeves, i.e. not a T-shirt. Accommodation in the form of residential apartments is available close by.
